Job Summary

• Executing the agreed Compliance Monitoring Plan for the Bank,
• Liaising with key stakeholders throughout reviews,
• Ensuring all resulting actions are completed to a high standard, and
• Reporting to the Head of Banking Conduct and Supervision.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Compliance Monitoring, Testing and Assurance
• Ensuring that the plan as agreed by the Compliance team is executed and delivered to a high standard.
• Developing and maintaining good relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring that they are engaged throughout the course of the monitoring,
• Scoping and planning all reviews
• Tracking all outcomes and corrective actions to completion, ensuring that departments update any relevant controls, or framework documents,
• Recommend any improvements for the efficient execution of the plan,
• Maintain any associated records to a high standard,
• Escalate any concerns to the Head of Banking Conduct and Supervision,
• Ensure that there are arrangements in place for quarterly and bi-annual reviews of the plan,
• Producing appropriate reporting and management information for Governance,
• Assisting the BWRA process, and any additional associated risk assessments,
• Suggesting any identified relevant improvements to systems and controls,
• Provision of any related training.
