Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled SaaS Project Manager to scope, plan and deploy a fully hosted & supported EFX White Label Solution to BACB clients and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Commercial RFP & vendor selection
• Detail scope definition & documentation
• E2E Delivery Plan creation (including Vendor Delivery & Vendor Management)
• Detail cost in template
• Validated business case of costs to business and revenue to be generated in 2025
• Delivery to plan
• Budget & cost management
• Vendor delivery management
• BACB SME Delivery Management (includes InfoSec)
• Go-Live and Transition to BAU

Key Work Outputs and Accountabilities

Planning, Reporting & Delivery:

• Create and maintain detail project plans, RAID and documents.
• Track project performance, including budget management, resource allocation, and delivery timelines.
• Provide accurate reporting on project status, risks, and benefits to senior leadership.
• Own & drive E2E Project delivery covering scoping, requirements, design, build, testing, deployment, training and transition to support.

Resource Management:

• Support resource planning within the project to ensure minimal disruption to BAU activities.
• Work with and manage external vendors or contractors as needed to deliver the approved project scope to the defined detail plan.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Act as a central point of contact for all project-related queries from internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Facilitate communication between business units and IT teams to align on project objectives.

Team Leadership:

• Provide guidance and mentoring to junior members of the Change Team within the Project Team
• Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and problem-solving.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience as a Project Manager - end to end delivery within a highly regulated environment
• Previous market place platform implementation implementation experience highly desirable (related to FX trades)
• Experience of managing SAAS and Business Change Projects
• Current knowledge of Change Delivery Frameworks such as Agile, Waterfall, Six Sigma, etc.
• Familiarity with Financial Institutions specialising in Trade Finance is a must
• Experience in project management and budgeting
• Proficient in MS Office (including Microsoft Project)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build rapport with employees and vendors
• Professional certification is a plus but not required
