Capital is repaid at the end of the term, or rolled over to a new loan, rather than being repaid during the term. We lend up to 65% of valuation against properties valued at over £2 million in London and in certain areas in southern England. We take a first legal charge over the property which must be an investment property. We consider applications from individuals, trusts and offshore investment vehicles.

We lend against commercial properties across all of England, offering loans up to 65% of valuation with a minimum loan amount of around £5 million.
We’re happy to consider applications from owners of office, retail, leisure and industrial spaces where there is a tenant in the property. We’ll also consider accommodation businesses — such as hotels and student property — where there is a future income stream.
