Dr Ahmed Mihoob

Dr Mihoob has over 30 years of professional experience, holding a PhD in Computing Science from Newcastle University and has had a series of academic papers published on financial and IT matters. Amongst his many accomplishments during his career, Dr Mihoob established and implemented the CBL-Client Key system and Libyan Letter of Credit system, both of which have become an important and vital part of the Foreign Currency access framework in the Libyan banking sector since 2016. Dr Mihoob is also a board member of Libyan Foreign Bank and was previously a board member of Sahara Bank.
