Mr Nigel Boothroyd

Mr Boothroyd is Chair of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and serves as Chair and an Independent Non-Executive Director of Harpenden Building Society.
He enjoyed a distinguished executive career with HSBC, spanning more than three decades in the UK and internationally. During this time, he held a number of senior leadership positions, including leading Corporate Banking operations in both the UK and Canada, as well as serving as Regional Head of Lending and Transaction Management for Europe.
Mr Boothroyd brings extensive experience in governance, strategy, corporate banking, risk management and organisational leadership to the Board.
