Since joining BACB in 2014, Paul has held overall responsibility for the efficiency and effectiveness of the Bank’s first-line controls and operational infrastructure.
From a career spanning over two decades, Paul has a wealth of experience in developing internal control and operational risk functions at financial institutions in the UK and emerging markets. He has previously held senior positions at Standard Bank Group, BNP Paribas and Mitsubishi UFJ Securities. Paul has also held a directorial role at Deloitte where he specialised in providing risk consulting services to financial institution clients.
A qualified chartered accountant with strong technical, analytical and management skills, Paul began his career in an audit and business advisory role with Arthur Andersen.
