Vikram Yadav

As Treasurer, Vikram is responsible for leading and managing the Treasury function in alignment with the bank’s overall strategy.

With over 25 years of experience, he has held senior roles at Royal Bank of Scotland, SMBC and ABN AMRO, where he successfully led strategic initiatives, capability development, transformation programmes, and governance across Treasury, Finance, and Risk functions. His experience spans multiple regions, including Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and Africa.

In his role at BACB, Vikram oversees the Bank’s Treasury activities, including facilitating client flows within the Global Transaction Banking (GTB) offering by leveraging BACB’s access to financial markets. He is also responsible for managing the Bank’s balance sheet, actively monitoring and mitigating interest rate, foreign exchange, and liquidity risks, and maintaining the Bank’s liquidity buffer of high-quality liquid assets (HQLA).
